permits.llc is building-permit intelligence for service businesses. We aggregate building permits from official Massachusetts municipal portals, normalize them, and route them to the businesses they create work for — the same day they are filed.
The idea
The contractor who pulls a permit already has the job. The real lead is for whoever gets hired next: the dumpster company hauling the debris, the solar installer the homeowner adds after a new roof, the HVAC contractor sizing equipment for an addition. We sort every permit by the business it actually creates work for, not by the permit type. The permit is a signal about the homeowner, not the contractor.

We index 167,000+ permit records across 92 Massachusetts cities and 11 counties, refreshed daily from official municipal portals. Massachusetts is live today; New Hampshire and Connecticut are next on the roadmap.
